There is a team in place (growing) and we are looking for a proven leader in software development with exposure to architecture. The product is web based and the technology is cutting edge. 6-10 years of development experience utilizing Java and J2EE. Incumbent should be an expert in the fundamentals of the Java programming language and the J2EE specification. Should have excellent working knowledge of Servlets, JSP, MVC frameworks, and UML and have experience with their implementation in a production environment.
